Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit danzawear.eu or send us an enquiry. We process personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

Danzawear is operated by Choroagora Single Member P.C., [REGISTERED ADDRESS], VAT EL802702007 (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

When you fill in one of our enquiry forms we collect the information you give us:

your name and email address
the name of your school or shop, its country and city
for shops: your website or social media page and the brands you are interested in
for schools: the approximate number of students and any message you choose to send
the language version of the form you used

Our hosting provider also records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) in server logs, for security and to keep the website running.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

To reply to your enquiry and to open and manage a trade account — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and your consent given in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
To run and secure the website — our legitimate interest in a safe, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To meet legal obligations, for example accounting and tax rules once you become a customer (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and we do not send you marketing emails unless you have separately agreed to receive them.

4. Who we share it with

We only share personal data with service providers that help us run the website and reply to you, and only as far as needed:

our website hosting provider, which stores the website and form submissions
our email provider, which delivers form notifications and our replies
Google, which delivers the fonts used on this website (see section 5)

These providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EU

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address and may be located outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact if no business relationship follows, and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.

7. Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you
have inaccurate data corrected
have your data deleted
restrict or object to how we use it
receive your data in a portable format
withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before

To use any of these rights, contact us at wholesale@plie.gr. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live, work or where you believe your rights were infringed.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and restricted access to form submissions.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
